**Applicants must be full-time students at the time of the Congress and need to upload a letter from their university department as a proof of their student status. Post doctorates are not eligible for this rate.
World Bank List: Reduced registration rates are available to delegates coming from Lower and Lower-Middle Income Countries as defined by the World Bank list for the World Bank’s 2020 fiscal year. Lower and Lower-Middle Income economies are defined according to a GNI per capita, calculated using the World Bank Atlas method.
Registration fees include 21% VAT.
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadline (early), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
The virtual registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions and live discussions incl. Opening and Closing Ceremony
- Admission to the Exhibition area
- Admission to the Presentation Records Library (those we have received their consent from)
- Opportunity to join a group discussion in the virtual room
- Networking/interaction with all speakers
- Networking/interaction with other participants
- Networking/interaction with all partners and exhibitors
How to Register
To register for the Congress, please fill in the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
First fill in the Personal Data Form and continue with registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process, you will receive a password. Your password is the same for all online forms (registration, accommodation, technical tours).

Methods of Payment
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card
For credit or debit card payments, please use the ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.
2. Bank Transfer
The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to your email address after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.
Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 31 August 2021. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM.
All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at email@example.com in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
|Before 15 July 2021:||full refund of the registration fee less 30 EUR handling fee|
|16 July – 31 August 2021:||50% of the registration fee|
|from 1 September 2021:||no refund|
In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Congress Secretariat. No fee will be charged.
