Abstract
6 DOF (Degree of Freedom) non-linear mechanics model of powertrain hydraulic mount system is set up. Optimum design of the powertrain hydraulic mount system is made with the hydraulic mount parameters as variables and with uncoupling of energy and rational disposition of nature frequency and minimum of reactive force at mounts location as objective functions. And based on this optimum design, a software named ODPHMS (Optimum Design of Powertrain Hydraulic Mount System) used in powertrain mount system optimum design is developed.
