Abstract

Human factors in maintenance can be viewed in terms of different types of human errors that maintainers can make. The primary errors are lapses, mistakes and violations. The most obvious place of find errors is in short-term maintenance, although major maintenance is also open to the same problems. "Office errors" can contribute by creating pressures. Error management is very broad term covering variety measures to limit the occurrences of errors and to limit the adverse consequences. There are a number of different remedial steps that can be taken. Research analysis and discussion of all mentioned above are given in this paper .
