Abstract
In this work the researches in the field of creation the optimum technology of making the responsible springs are presented/ The vast analysis in factory and research world-wide practice in rise of reliability of springs by technological methods was made. New on principle technological methods of thermomechanical strengthening of springs were created, Also the equipment for high temperature thermomechanical treatment was made, on the basis of which the mobile specialized enterprise was organized. On the basis of worked out data base the support system of projecting optimum technology was built.
