Abstract

The turning of tracked vehicle with hydromechanical transmission and the continual change of turning radius was analyzed in the paper. Two realized transmission functional models were shown. The first functional model is the hydromechanical transmission which uses the hydrodynamic gearbox for the achievement of straight motion and turning. The second functional model is the hydromechanical transmission, which uses the hydrostatic unit as the component for a steering. The results of laboratory tests of there transmission obtained from the simulation of their function during the turning were shown.
