Abstract

Key words: Regulation, load limit, engine, automotive working machine, nonlinear regulator

The present study deals with the researches in the field of the load limit of driving diesel engines in automotive working machines by means of a relay-type nonlinear regulator. The regulation is conducted by changing the hydrostatic transmission ratio according to the angular velocity deflection of the engine shaft. Demonstrated here is a mathematical model of a limit load regulation cycle. It is on the basis of this model that the possibility of occurrence of self-oscillations in the system is being analyzed. The numerical simulation of the regulation cycle dynamic behavior is rendered, as well.
