Abstract

Key words: vehicle, working load, numeric analysis

Vehicle observed as dynamic complex model where every element of carrier structure is expos to variable loads. Load distribution of structure elements is not continual, from very small values to extreme values, which depends on observed work regime and element function of assignment loads. Wheel carrier of Mc. Phersons suspension system present structure element of vehicle which take and transfer all kinds of load to the enviroment structure. Since presented element with joins suspension system, steering system and wheel, it is present in form of complex geometry, which is very complicate for dimension and analysis field of stress using analytic methods. In this paper we give structure of working loads on the wheel carrier Mc. Phersons suspension vehicle system and analysis of stress and strain field using finite element method. Numeric examples were calculated using two software which has provide to us comparative results and they show level of difference between these results.
