Abstract
First part of paper determinates basic conceptions and definitions of transport system, reliability and safety. In next part is created structure of problem and designed general model. There are valuation criteria of quality of transport system initiated. Commercial vehicle as the subsystem of transport system according to sorting particular subsystems and elements is analyzed.
In conclusion of paper are determined basic requirements for commercial vehicle on point of view safety and reliability
