Abstract
Vehicle and parts manufacturers are involved in business not only in Europe but all over the world. They are becoming bigger and bigger and act mostly as large companies. No matter whether a company is large or small it is easier to make business according to common rules and accepted legislation. Common rules and legislation as well as common standards simplify the development, construction, usage and repair of vehicles. Therefore it is essential to have the same requirements and standards for all people.
