Abstract
The work concerns the relationships between mechanical behavior and molding parameters of a technical part in thermoplastic. The main interest is to optimize the design of a plastic technical part. Experimental studies consider the injection of unfilled and reinforced with short glass fibres plastics. One goal is to explain the origin of a particular phenomenon called jetting. Another aim was to investigate the swelling at the end of the die to understand the behavior of the melt inside the mold during the injection of a technical part.
