Abstract
Automated Mechanical Transmission(AMT) features higher transmitting efficiency and lower cost with automated gear shift and clutch operation compared with AT and CVT Inevitably· some faults would happen during the use of AMT·This paper presents the false-tolerant control methods of
AMT systematically·When controlled system ECU sensor and actuator have malfunction accommodating measures should be taken to minimize the performance reduction and to improve the reliability and safety of AMT. The adaptive false-tolerant control of clutch wear and clutch solenoid failure is emphatically discussed.
