Abstract

In the paper, a five-degree of freedom system model for automobile vibration is set up for analog calculation on the automobile comfortable performance. Aim at improving the comfortable performance, the parameters of automobile suspension system have been optimal designed.

Choosing the gradually variable rigidity and section leaf spring as the elastic element of suspension system make it possible that the rigidity of elastic element is equal to the optimal rigidity. Eventually, the method is used to improve a light-truck’s ride comfort, the good result proves that the method is accurate and efficient in practice.
