Abstract
Today we can see continuous improvements of vehicles and infrastructure with respect to efficiency, environmental care and safety. However to achieve a truly sustainable transport system there is a great need for a more distinctive strategy to manage the overall interaction in-between vehicles and infrastructure. To fulfil this need differentiation of the infrastructure is to be seen as a fundamental requirement. The following will present a model on this subject.
