Abstract
The presentation analyses comparatively the traffic situation in Estonia, EU countries and Canada. It is stated that unreasonable speed in car driving is killing. In the inference several suggestion are made for improving car technics to inform the drivers more adequately about the choice of a safe speed, but also suggestions which automatically exclude possibilities for the drivers to break speed limits. These suggestions could be the key to the situation that help to find a way how to live happily with this vicious car. Co-existence with the car is becoming more and more difficult, but without it we cannot live.
