Abstract
A short and brief overview on recent activities of Japanese Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS) is given. As you know there are many issues to be solved for deployment of ITS. These issues are classified into three groups, administrative, technical, and national issues. In this report we would like to propose and discuss a mean for smooth deployment of ITS based on our opinion.
