Abstract

This paper presents a new kind of computer Simulation method of reliability analysis. which is on the numerical calculation of probability density function and gettfng the random samples at the fault area. The distinguish method of the probability distribution function is also presented. Then the reliability modeling of the rear axle gears with three mutual effect fault models is established. By using this computer simulation method. the author was the first to found out the variety ofprobability distributionfunction of the bend stress. contact stress and fatigue life of the rear axle gears under various load with theoretical calculation. And the calculation results are confirmed by the tests results which were made by author and others. .On the improvement of this paper. it is possible to make reliability design and life predication of the rear axle gears with various mutual effect factors and fault models under the variety of load condition.
