Abstract
Automobiles in use daily have become an indispensable element of our socio-economic activities. Personal mobility and the timely movement of goods have become increasingly important around the world and energy use for transportation has grown rapidly in consequence. However, as the automobile society advances, negative effects of automobiles on the global environment have become apparent. Today we are anxious about emission gasses. To maintain the stable automotive society to the 21st century and prevent global warming, there are many requirements for the transport sector, especially for road transport. For this report we focused on the urban area, a place where road transportation must face the aforementioned problems of energy use and environmental pollution.
