Abstract

To optimize the diesel engine combustion requires an application technology of the fuel injection equipment with higher injection pressure. To get the reduction of gaseous and particulate emissions with the lowest fuel consumption should be matched with the optimization of air motion and fuel spray within combustion chamber. In this study, the optimization of new diesel engine for commercial vehicles has been achieved successfully with higher pressure systems and the optimization of combustion chamber is investigated.
