Abstract
Mainly evoked by the Administration and by the judicial bodies, the passengers safety is widely debated in congresses. Thus, the automobiles producers are compelled to keep up with the new regulations more and more rigorous as regards the active and passive safety. The European and American regulation often differ, and that is why the those producers who export automobiles are confronted with very complex problems with respect to the passengers safety.
