Abstract

In this paper the first target is to optimize the drive unit support in JUGO FLORIDA 1.3i cars, when the optimization parameters are to minimize vibrations (engine) of the sfeering wheel and gearshift lever in idle motion and in non-stationary vehicle running. The noise can be heard immediately after the vehicle drive train is started because of many individual sources. Vehicle movement creates additional noise influenced by the road surface, transmission gear, load as well as the driving manner. All these types of noise have a changing character and are directly in the function of the engine rpm. Lowering the noise level can be achieved by intervening on the noise sources themselves as well as on its transfer routes. The issue of resolving the vehicle noise and vibrations problems becomes particularly complex when vibration and acoustic modes begin superponing. If this happens, it is necessary to make the mutual insulation. In addition to the road bumps that are transferred through the suspension systems, the drive train also has a large influence to the vehicle vibrations.
