Abstract
Errors of omission and commission in the early assessment of care accident head injured patient can have devastating consequences and functional outcome in terms of survival. Delaying the diagnosis, evolution, and interventional decisions in major trauma is one of the main reason of medical malpractice in these situations. The paper present how to take history for the patient with road accident head trauma, neurological examination guidelines for admitting patient for observation and common mistakes in car accident head injury resuscitation.
