Abstract
The paper first present classification of head trauma after the mechanism of injury in close and open head injuries and also the morphologically points of view .We describe the clinical feature and neuroimagistics. General and neurological examinations of the patient having a head trauma is emphasized next.We present after wards protocol issues about we have to do where dealing with the patient suffered a head injury : at the place of the accident, prehospital and hospital care of this patient.
