Abstract
The paper presents the results of one of the first full computerised diagnose centre for heavy and light vehicles in Romania, under digital technology license. The informational system with a strong database, the conception of tests &diagnose is the work of the authors together with a large team from different activities. The Central Computer Centre gave the list of possible damages on the screen monitors and also on the printer. The bulletin have written information about the customer -that is included (for future diagnoses) in a maintenance program, and its vehicle (dates about last diagnose, dates of vehicles technical parameters before and after repair, correct values stored in data base -for engine (gas and constructive engine dates)-for steering (computerised steering and wheel alignment), for brakes, suspension, head lamps positions and so on. The paper is a step forward in reaching a safety and ecological automotive-vehicle use.
