Abstract
Injury is the leading cause of death in children and young adults. We present in our paper the main causes of injury in children and also we present the measures that have to be taken in order to rescue the life of a child or young adult that suffered an car accident. We also present very briefly the ABC of CPRs that are done in order to safe a life of a child, because there is few pediatric education.
