This paper presents some aspects regarding the evaluation of the quality management in the automotive industry. The measurement precision in this evaluation is a difficult problem.
The audit of the quality systems is a practical method. The method revealed in this paper represents an objectively tool in this area.
The base principle of this method is a systemic approach.
This approach identifies three technological systems in the manufacturing process and presents a calculation model for the quality management level.
