The project introduces anti-lock braking system for motorcycle, which allows to take into consideration all the factors influencing on two-wheeled vehicle stability. The proposed system is based on the hydraulic brake system of motorcycle.
The original pre-extreme algorithm is used to control for anti-lock braking system. An additional gyroscope sensor detects the tire withdrawal and wheel inclination. Besides, a damping sensor of rear suspension is used to prevent the lock of rear wheel without the reducing of braking efficiency. During the developed investigation the preliminary simulation results for motorcycle braking with ABS was gotten and also given the recommendations for ABS design.
