Abstract - In this paper, after producing theoretical accelerated road roughness signals according to the various road qualities have been transferred to the vehicle, these data have been converted to the stress data using with amplitude-force data measured from a domestic chassis on the hydraulic shaker system in the laboratory. After the cycle number of these stress data has been established by the rainflow cycle counting, damage values have been calculated by Palmgren-Miner method. At the same time, accelerated life cycle computer program has been written. Theoretical road roughness signals of the design spectrum according to the road conditions on which a vehicle will be exposed during its life, have been constituted. It will be taken a long time running these signals in the laboratory without acceleration, so demand ratio of the experiment duration could be regulated by means of calculation of accelerated test spectrum signals at the equivalence damage effect for this design spectrum. It is thought that this study is quite important as it supplies aid for vehicle improvement in automotive industry; it leads not only increasing of product development speed, but also decreasing of the research and development costs. In addition to this, researchers can develop the written accelerated lifecycle test program for sorts of the fatigue applications.
