Abstract

In this paper, an Interactive Vehicle Dynamics system (IVD) is studied by simulations, and an effective control algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm includes closed loop control of yaw rate & slip angle and phase plane analysis, which can be easily implemented in a real controller. The proposed control system integrated with a ABS system is effective and robust. Various computer simulations are performed and the results show that vehicle & interactive control system significantly improve the vehicle dynamics performance.
