Abstract
We have developed a simulation method capable of considering tires, suspensions and body flexibility characteristics at the same time, and simulating vehicle running conditions on the road. In this paper, we will describe the method to create body and suspension simulation models. The simulation results obtained with the above agree well with the actual vehicle dynamics and rough road test results. This method has potentials to become a common method that can be used for predicting both vehicle dynamics and durability.
