Abstract
The paper present the noise and vibration analysis of manual transmission
manufacturing in Vietnam. Now a day in Vietnam there are many domestic automobile
companies have plant to make the localization program in order to produce auto parts using
for light truck assembling in Vietnam. The group of engineers of state research N o
KC.05.32 have the idea to design and to make some type of the manual transmission.
The aim of the paper to present some results in design and experiments of some prototype
of the above transmission. The same types of transmission with others gear pairs-face error
different have results vibration frequency and noise level corresponding. It have been also
found that evaluation qualities of transmission and fails of gear pairs to be effective on
eliminating deficiencies in gears' production.
