Abstract

In order to make film thickness uniform, a new electro-deposition paint was
developed from a viewpoint of paint film resistance and initial deposition property.
In order to reduce external film thickness, setting internal film thickness as constant, it
inquired from a viewpoint of paint film resistance and initial deposition property.
The effective thing was reported in order for enlarging paint film resistance to control external
film thickness.
And, it became compatible paint film resistance and appearance by modified shell resin.
Although it was effective to have enlarged separating nature in order to secure the film
thickness inside vehicles, the coexistence with stability was required of this report.
For reservation of stability, it verified by perceiving the acidity of a hydration functional-group
kind and a neutralization acid, and the quantity of an acid.
The result is reported.
