This work proposes a homogenization technique to obtain the effective thermal conductivity of fluids containing anisotropic nanoinclusions with different shape. We assume good contact between matrix (bulk fluid) and inclusions so that there is no temperature discontinuity across interfaces. We take into account the interfacial layers conduction effect. Simple expressions between the effective thermal conductivity and the respective tensor components of the phases have been obtained. We consider the inclusions geometry with the help of shape tensor. The theoretical results are compared with experimental data and other theories.
