Abstract
The structure of motorcycle engine for South East Asian countries used to be simpler than that of large displacement engine for European and North American countries for the reasons of application, environment and market needs.
In the time to come, the production of models with higher performance having more complex structure will increase not only for South East Asian countries but also for Japan, European and North American countries. This paper describes what measures have been taken place to secure the production quality in engine assembly line.
