Abstract

This paper presents some aspects regarding a short comparison of the transcendental approach of the vehicle’s quality and the Demerits assessment procedure for the automotive manufacturing processes.

The transcendental approach of the vehicles quality represents a complex set of subjective opinions concerning the vehicle’s attributes. This approach is used in complex analysis with information obtained through market research.

The Demerits evaluation consists of an independent assessment of the degree of satisfaction of beneficiaries by vehicle quality. This evaluation is performed during production vehicles. An evaluator from the quality analysis compartment simulates the vehicle buyer behavior. All defects observed are penalized relative to gravity and their costs.

You can observe similarities and differences between transcendental approach and quality assessment during the vehicle's manufacturing.
