Abstract
The paper presents some aspects regarding the evaluation of the quality management in the automotive industry and the quality cost evaluation. The method revealed in this paper represents an objectively tool in this area. The base principle of this method is a systemic approach. This approach identifies three technological systems in the supply process and presents a calculation model for the quality management level. In the same time a quality costs evaluation model is presents.
