Abstract
The relation for theoretical determination of the Efficiency Coefficient of the transmission is specified giving the influence of the engine rotation frequency (rpm) the rate of movement of the machine and switched gear on the idle running losses. Comparative theoretical research of the efficiency coefficient is made with using the specified relation and respective analyses and conclusions are made.
