Abstract
The use of biofuel was been proposed as an alternative fuel for Diesel engines. The aim of this study is to investigate the air-biofuel mixing process in a direct injection Diesel engine, and compare it to that of a conventional Diesel fuel process. Experimental measurements of performance and mixing parameters were performed as a function of engine load in variable feed condition.
