In this paper possibility of application of biodegradable oil in the transmission and hydraulic system of agricultural tractor is presented. During exploitation test (552 motorhours) with biodegradable oil EKOUNIVERZAL any damage of transmission and hydraulic system of the tested tractor was not observed. The tested tractor worked under standard operation loading during all time of test. For this reason biodegradable oil EKOUNIVERZAL may be used instead of standard mineral oil PP 80 or PP 90 in the transmission and hydraulic system of the tested agricultural tractor.Keywords: tractor, biodegradable oil, mineral oil, temperature mode
