Abstract
Intention our work is the static analysis of the chassis frame of vehicle. In the paper is presented static analysis of the supported beam (quadratic cross-section) using the finite element method and scientific software, author A. Janković and commercial software, Catia V. The results of the numerical calculation will be compared with the theoretical one (material science relationships). Experiment measuring of the flexion of the beam is presented also. In the work is presented static analysis of the chassis frame of a truck using FEM method and both software.
