Abstract
Virtual model using ADAMS/CAR is build in order to evaluate a possible car-trailer combination behavior. The evaluation is made by comparing results obtained with simulations in ADAMS/CAR and those obtained with analytical calculations. This paper presents the process of model building and its initial verification. Each stage of this process is accurately explained. The output received by the initial verification show satisfactory results.
