Abstract:

Propulsion group, as a rigid body, is suspended on the supporting car body structure through the elastic supports with nonlinear characteristics. Under external and internal disturbances, propulsion group makes complex motions and represents a serious source of dinamical and vibroacoustical loads, which are transferred on the structure of the complete vehicle. In this paper, description of dynamical model real system propulsion group supports, in general, which considers material and cinematic nonlinearity, complex motion and statical problem undetermination, is given. Measuring chain for experimental determination of acceleration and vibroacoustic characteristics on the propulsion group supports are presented in parallel direction. As an output result, compared values of calculated and measured variables of dynamical reactions and deformations of propulsion group supports, when gear is shifted, are shown.
