Abstract

Because of the need for installation of the new detachable hooks on the ″Zastava″ vehicles, it was started with analysis of already present ones (fixed hooks) and elimination of their shortcomings. In order to do that, it is necessary to carry out these activities: to perceive all standards and demands of the regulations, to carry out the real construction, to produce prototypes, to examine the functionality on the test board and in the test drives. There′s been given a short review on the hooks in this work, with emphasis on the analysis of constructive characteristics that are to be demanded from the tractive points. Divisions have been shown according to the ways of pointing, as well as the demands that concern endurance of the mechanical components of the tractive devices; side-cars or caravans connected with ball coupling. Certainly, the indisputable fact is that vehicles have to possess a special device for traction that has to satisfy all demands of European standards, concerning endurance of mechanical components. Parameters that affect projecting of the hooks are also in the work and at the same time the effect of the exploitative load regimes of vehicles on the total age limit of the hooks. To shape, dimension and supply a vehicle considers satisfying, numerous and rigid aspects of complex cluster of demands. Further work will target finding the more adequate solution for detachable hooks, in order to start with production output.
