Abstract

ABSTRACT

Buses, as public vehicles, have to meet the requirements of the so-called „economic capacity” and „passenger-safety” at the same time. For realizing and/or supporting these seemingly converse requirements with a coupled system, the electronic data gathering, -processing and control seem to make the opportunity. Our aim is to test the feasibility of bus sub-systems which sets up safety functions – cogniting the passengers’ nippings while opening and closing the doors as well as controlling the doors’ reopening. Our other aim is to registration of the vehicle’s loading capability which is partly a safety- (e.g.: to avoid overexertion) and a logistic supporter function (e.g.: scheduling, warning for intervention when the bus-line is overexerted). To follow the kinetic characteristics of the akin, built-up but measuring-technically different parts of the system up safely and with a fast sampling, we have to compile or create reliable measuresystems, electronics and softwares. The knowledge that can be built up with the help of these measure-systems, electronics and softwares makes the opportunity for the functionally important elements of the machines to work „properly”, helping people. In our fast world, safety-technic is one of the most important sector of industry. For the designers the main question is that which method and material they should use to reach this in time, inexpensively, effectively, using modern technological characters. Present work endeavour - in accordance with the aims of eEurope and the national eHungary programs - intends to contribute to the realisation of national objectives mainly on the field of „Intelligent traffic, transportation”.
