Abstract
To improve the efficiency of expressways network，Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited (CO., LTD) shares real-time traffic information with traffic management bureau of Shenzhen municipal, establish the control and guidance model to distribute traffic flow in the road system. The control and guide model could keep the traffic system moving.
