ABSTRACT:

Analysis with the substructure method is in fact a special type of mathematical modeling that involves elimination of the effect of certain freedom degrees of the system which leads to modification of the system whereby one operates with matrices of a lower order. The calculation is begin done by generation of the referent surfaces on which are the knots of the spacious railing construction. In structural analysis, especially in the matter of complex structures, as is a vehicle body construction, the decomposition into elementary forms is often needed. This type of mathematical modeling enables a much easier description of the geometry of each substructure taken separately and usage of matrices of a lower order in respect to those that have to be used in order to discrete the vehicle as a whole. The substructure method in analysis of strains and stresses in body structures of motor vehicles enables to use additionally a more refined network for any subsystem of the body structure where critical points have been identified by the previous computation.
