Study on Expanded-Repair Technology of Wearing Dimension on Recycling

Abstract

There are more and more scrap vehicles in China. Our habitation would be badly deteriorated if we did not deal with these end-of-life vehicles right. An expanded-repair technology of wearing dimension on recycling is developed in this paper. When the outer key dimension of the part has been worn out, it can be regained by the part’s plastic deformation, which be gained by bring to bear equal pressure on the internal side of the expanded-repair technical hole, which had been prepared at the part’s original design. Therefore, in the recycling process of these parts, which is placed in the useless order just because the wear out of its key dimension, not only reuse its material, but also reuse the labor and energy consumption in its manufacturing process.
