Abstract
Vehicle anti -slip regulation (ASR) is a new type of active safety control technology in vehicle and it is a logical extension of ABS. It can improve the traction, control and stability performance of vehicle. The variable structure control with sliding mode (VSS) is a special non-linear control method and it has strong robust. And it is easy to be realized. It is very suitable to apply in ASR. The principle of VSS and application in ASR are introduced in detail in this paper. For
verifying its effect, the contrast simulation is done with ASR and without it.
