Abstract

Automobile Interior Plastic Parts made of Polypropylene (PP) compounded Talc are made white marks when they are scratched or rubbed on their surface.

After the investigation, it was found that the method to improve the slip of resin surface was capable of improving scratch resistance by means of compounding addition agent into resin maintaining basic characteristic (impact resistance, rigidity etc.) of resin. And the Diminishing of Scratch Damage was attempted to introduce the Improved Resin to Interior Parts.

In addition , for Maintenance or Improvement of Quality? the Test Method and Evaluation Criteria for Scratch Resistance has been established.(99words)
