Abstract
With a layer of non-conducting and vibration-absorbing sealant in-between, conventional resistance welding can not be performed to sealed damping sheet according to its principle. This paper, based on testing, explores its nuggets produced from resistance welding to the sheet, searches out factors that main parameters affect its stableness during the welding process, and concludes the method to assure welding quality stable during manufacturing.
