Abstract
Optimize the plastic products of the passenger cars using the CAE technology. 3D model was made including gate runner and meshes design. We made 8-gate, 3-gate and 4-gate project to analysis based on the present material, machine and found the reasons that caused the limitations. The results illustrated that the plastic CAE technology has a great appliance future in the mould design of the plastic products of the passenger cars .
